Good People Properties was founded by Mark Lewis, a decorated combat veteran with 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. In 2018, Mark began exploring the rent-by-the-bedroom model, launching his first Airbnb listings in 2019. Through a commitment to finding, investing in, and developing good people, Good People Properties has grown into a thriving company powered by empowered, cohesive teams.

Mark’s military service provided countless opportunities to learn and grow while leading some of the best teams our nation has to offer—its service members. He carries those lessons forward by focusing on building strong, capable teams rather than individual success.
